1 1/2 - 2 cups of coconut water
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks or a handful
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks or a handful
ginger (enough to sit comfortably on a teaspoon, lengthwise)
1/2 a frozen banana
Place all ingredients in a blender. (I use a Ninja)
Blend on high for 2-3 minutes.
Pour into a tall glass or cup + insert a straw.
