The Doughnut Project "Cocktail Series"


Friday, April 21st - Sunday, May 21st

As an ode to cocktails from some of New York City's best bars and mixologists, The Doughnut Project is preparing to set tastebuds ablaze with a 5-week "Cocktail Series", starting this Friday, April 21st at their 10 Morton Street location.

Through the course of the series, five limited edition doughnuts will be released per week, from Friday to Sunday.

Although not straying from their normal hand-crafted yeast-raised dough, it's the glazes, fillings and toppings used that are infused with alcohol. Included in the lineup are The NoMad Bar Doughnut, The Bennett Doughnut, Death and Co. Doughnut, The Dutch Doughnut + Maysville Doughnut. ($5 - $5.50)

THE NOMAD BAR DOUGHNUT

Inspired by the “Start Me Up” cocktail which includes: bourbon, rum, Strega, honey, ginger, lemon and orange bitters.

April 21 -23

THE BENNETT DOUGHNUT

Inspired by the “Everlasting Arms” cocktail which includes: Cachasa, pineapple, banana liquor, falernum and gardenia mix.

April 28 - 30

DEATH AND CO. DOUGHNUT

Inspired by the “Starfish & Coffee” cocktail which includes: Goslings rum, Punt e Mes, cold brew, vanilla and tonic.

May 5 - 7

THE DUTCH DOUGHNUT

Inspired by the "Oh Snap!” cocktail which includes: tequila, mezcal, lemon, snap pea and tarragon.

May 12 - 14

MAYSVILLE DOUGHNUT

Inspired by the “Noreaster” cocktail which includes: Old Crow Boubon, ginger beer, lime and maple.
