Well known for evening wear and glamorous gowns, bridal was a very organic evolution for the designer, intelligibly captivated by the fluidity of dance growing up. “Creating a bridal collection was a pretty natural extension for me. I’ve been designing wedding gowns for friends and private clients for years.” He describes the collection as “ethereal and romantic, yet powerful and sexy”, with the Christian Siriano bride being “classic but playful and a lover of losing herself in a dream fantasy world”. Starting at $3,500, the 27-piece collection is available in a full range of sizes, with various fabrications and detailing —feather and lace-work, intricate beading and naturally the whimsical gowns that have become synonymous with Christian Siriano.
